Brand misuse,official statement.
Treviya is aware of attempts by third parties to misuse our name, our visual identity and our communication channels. This page sets out what is genuine, how to verify it and how to report what is not.
Treviya operates as a curated wholesale commerce platform headquartered in Dubai, with category, compliance and counsel coverage across the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and Singapore. Our presence online is small and deliberate. We do not run aggressive outreach, we do not cold-call, we do not invite participation in cycles by personal message and we do not solicit funds outside the documented platform pathway.
Anyone identifying themselves as Treviya outside the verified surfaces listed on this page is not Treviya. We treat every incident as a serious matter and we work with the receiving party, the relevant platform and where appropriate the relevant authority to take action.
The patterns below are the categories we currently see. The list is illustrative, not exhaustive, the underlying tactic, impersonating Treviya to extract value from a third party, can take new forms.
Domain names that resemble treviya.com with substituted characters, additional words or unusual top-level domains. Used to host fake login pages or fake cycle pages designed to capture credentials or solicit payments.
Email that appears to come from a Treviya address but originates outside our infrastructure. Often references a real-sounding cycle, an urgent compliance step, or a payment instruction change.
Approaches via WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn or other messaging platforms claiming to be a Treviya commerce partner, recruitment agent, or investment representative. Treviya does not solicit cycle participation through direct messages.
Job postings and recruitment outreach using the Treviya name and logo. Real Treviya hiring is announced on our careers page and conducted through our verified email domains. Test tasks asking for payment, training fees, equipment purchase or banking information are not Treviya.
Pages hosted outside treviya.com that present what appears to be a Treviya cycle, often with a payment instruction to a third-party account. Treviya cycle authorisations live only on treviya.com and are tied to a member account.
Use of the Treviya wordmark, monogram or design system on external decks, brochures or pitch documents without written authorisation. Where the use suggests a partnership or endorsement that does not exist, we treat it as a misrepresentation matter.
Anything outside the surfaces below is not Treviya. We do not have a presence on any platform we have not listed.
Do not share personal or financial information with the third party. Do not open attachments or click links from messages you cannot verify. Capture what you can, the sender address, the message content, the URL, a screenshot, and forward it to abuse@treviya.com. The more detail you can preserve before deleting the message, the more useful the report.
If you have already shared information or made a payment under the impression that you were dealing with Treviya, contact your bank or card provider immediately, contact the relevant law-enforcement reporting channel in your jurisdiction (Action Fraud in the UK, Antibetrug in Switzerland, the Singapore Police Force ScamShield, or the equivalent), and email abuse@treviya.com with what occurred. We will work with you and with the receiving institutions to assist where we can.
Every report to abuse@treviya.com is acknowledged within one business day. The triage runs in three steps. First, we verify the substance of the report and capture the evidence. Second, we work with the relevant platform, registrar, hosting provider or social network to take down the offending presence. Third, where the conduct rises to fraud, identity theft or organised abuse, we file with the relevant law-enforcement channel and assist the affected reporter.
We publish aggregated reporting of incidents on the trust audits page once a quarter, sufficient detail to inform participants without naming individual victims or compromising live investigations. We do not advertise individual takedowns.
The Treviya wordmark, monogram and visual identity are the property of Treviya Holdings and are protected by trade-mark and copyright. Press, journalists, accredited partners and academic researchers may use the assets in editorial or research contexts under fair-use principles, with attribution to Treviya. Use that suggests partnership, endorsement, certification, affiliation or commercial relationship that does not exist requires written authorisation from Treviya in advance. Requests run through press@treviya.com.
Members and suppliers may identify themselves as participants or suppliers on Treviya cycles in their own marketing, with accurate description of the relationship. They may not present themselves as Treviya, as a Treviya office, as an authorised reseller of Treviya services, or in any way that suggests an extension of Treviya beyond their actual relationship.
We will keep this statement current as the patterns of misuse change. We will publish material updates with a dated revision note. We will continue to invest in domain monitoring, take-down workflow and the operations capacity to respond to reports within the windows above. We will protect the brand because the brand stands for the same record-keeping and commerce discipline that members, suppliers and partners read every day on the platform.
If something appears irregular, please write to us. The first message receives a response within the same business day.
Authentication, authorisation, key management and the operational defence-in-depth that supports the platform.
Independent review, public status page and the quarterly aggregated abuse report.
The contractual basis on which the platform operates, including provisions on permitted use of the brand.
One brand.One footprint.
Treviya is the platform on this page and the desks on this page. Anything else identifying as Treviya is not. Notify us when you encounter it.
